Each week, you’ll enjoy: - 3 asana/physical practices, including a live session every Sunday. - 2 meditation sessions, gradually increasing in duration to deepen your mindfulness. - 1 pranayama/breathwork practice, helping you reconnect with your breath and inner calm. - 1 rest day to recharge and stay consistent. Most sessions are under 20 minutes, making it easy to prioritize your well-being without disrupting your day. The challenge also includes a private Instagram group, where you’ll find a supportive community to share progress, celebrate wins, and stay motivated. Without the isolation of typical online challenges, you’ll feel connected and encouraged every step of the way.
