Welcome to Sofia V Yoga. By accessing or using this website, purchasing tickets or products, or participating in our events and classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

Services and Products

We offer yoga event tickets, voucher cards, pre-recorded online yoga classes, and live online classes.

a) Event Tickets

  • Tickets purchased are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

  • Refunds may be provided if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event date.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with prior notification.

  • We reserve the right to change event details (e.g., date, time, or venue) and will notify attendees as soon as possible.

b) Voucher Cards

  • Voucher cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.

  • Voucher cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

c) Online Classes (Pre-Recorded and Live)

  • Access to pre-recorded classes is for personal use only and must not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

  • Live online classes require a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for technical issues on the user’s end.

Payment
​

  • All payments must be made at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payment methods as outlined on our checkout page.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy
​

  • For live online classes, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class are non-refundable.

  • For yoga events, cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a refund. Cancellation terms will be specified on the ticket page.

Disclaimer
​

  • Yoga classes are physical activities. Participation is at your own risk. If you have health concerns, consult a healthcare professional before joining.

  • By participating in any kind of event, whether online or in person, you acknowledge and agree that you are practicing at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries sustained during classes, whether live or pre-recorded.

Expected Behavior

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants, we expect the following behavior:

  • Treat everyone with respect and kindness.

  • Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior during events or classes.

  • Follow instructions from instructors and respect personal boundaries.

Unacceptable Behavior
​

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language of any kind.

  • Sharing or recording online classes without permission.

  • Violating the privacy of other participants.

Consequences of Misconduct
​

  • Participants engaging in unacceptable behavior may be asked to leave an event or class without a refund.

  • Repeated violations may result in being banned from future events or services.

Intellectual Property
​

All content, including videos, images, and text on this website, is the intellectual property of Sofia V Yoga unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
